I met this gentleman at my local Q joint up here in Freeport. He is a bit further north of me, and seems to have an interesting thing going. He is closed winter, and as a matter of fact, he had stopped into Buck’s Naked BBQ here to talk to the owner to give him some leftover wood that he had. Nice guy, so if you are up in that part of the world in the summertime, stop in and try it out!
