I have searched for a thread like this one and couldnt find it so here goes. I have been searching for a dog cart for a while now and I am trying to find one that can steam about 60-80 dogs and hour. I have been eyeing the hummer and the Jumbo cart from Island time, I already know that I will need a 3 sink system and food grade working area. I already have a comissary in mind. This will be my livelyhood so I am looking for someone in the Columbus, OH area who wouldn’t mind showing me some of the tricks of the trade. I dont want to intrude or step on anyones toes, however I am trying to make a living at this and would appreciate any and all help. Thanks!![8D]
