Been eating a lot of comfort food lately. Last night we had stuffed cabbage. Had a good bit of extra cabbage so I cut it up and sauteed it with some butter and onions for a future meal. Today, I took a bit of the cabbage and a few slices of pastrami, sauteed them in a pan. Had a bit of whole grain deli mustard on the side. Not bad at all. I love when these raid-the-fridge-throw-em-together meals work out!
