This is my experiment.

I got a hold of this small freezer the other day for free.

 

I want to see if it can be used as a sort of poor man’s prep table.

 

A real prep table would be great.

But they are over 2 grand even for a used one around these parts.

A new one is around 5 ish.

 

I’m hoping that by putting pans in the the top that it will work in the same way a prep table does.

 

 

I mean, I’m going to test it.

But I’m just curious …. Is this insane or what?
