The current Gourmet mag has a nice piece on Marlon Abdela, who at the tender age of 30, owns some world class restaurants, inculuding Gaia in Greenwich, CT, and The Greenhouse in London. He plans to open 40 more over the next 5 years. Were he to open a RF type place, along with all the other stuff he does, would you try it out, or would you avoid it as part of a "chain".
