I am trying to open a fast casual restaurant. I have looked at many different franchises but remain put off by paying 7% – 9% off the top in royalties. I would like to hire a consultant to help me organize the Kitchen, refine the menu and source ingredients. I have talk to a couple of difference consultants who want to basically open the restaurant for me in exchange for a very large sum of money.
Are you guys aware of an experienced Kitchen Manager or Chef in or near South Louisiana who would be interested in this work?
