I never realized what a struggle it was to keep a constant frying temperature before. Last night I picked up a Fry Daddy at the grocery store for 30 bucks because I had to have hush puppies. It was sooo easy!!! Now I’m just gonna grab anything that’s not moving and throw it in the fryer!!!
