OK, I had to do it. Let the cheese haters have their own thread.

I was born and raised in Monroe, WI, which is in the cheesiest county of the cheesiest state in the US. My dad was a milk hauler for 40 years, delivering milk from the dairy farms to the cheese factories. He always brought cheese home directly from the factories. I grew up on great cheese. To this day, my parents still keep the fridge stocked. If I go to visit them, one of the first things out of my mom’s mouth is "Do you want some cheese?".

I could go on and on about my history and love affair with cheese, but I thought it would be more interesting to just list some of my favorites from Green County and SW Wisconsin:
