I’m just trying to replicate a McD McMuffin but everytime I cook the egg, something starts slipping out, or flipping it is a bitch, any technique help would be appreciated! Am I using too much yolk or whites, do I use butter, margerine or oil, does the size of the egg matter…which by the way, is it even remotely healthy eating one whole egg in such a small package? I’d feel more comfortable eating one egg as an omlete, but once in a while I want a homemade muffin.
