I’ve read the posts in the search forum and here’s what I was thinking for a grad party.
50.00- hook up fee. (To cover propane and gas, ect..) Hook up meaning to hook the cart up and go.
50.00-per hour min. 2 hours.
1.25- all beef dog with condiments each. (Mustard, ketchup, onion, relish and shredded cheese.)
I’m figuring that way I’m guaranteed 150.00 each trip, which would be 75.00 an hour and still make a profit on the food. I did not figure the set up and take down time in the price.
My cost per loaded dog is around .51-.53 cents each. Any thoughts??
