Hey all,

I am looking to open a grilled cheese stand and I have had some trouble navigating the many, many stand vendor sites to find something that would work. I’m envisioning a large griddle with a small area to keep cheese/butter cold and a hand washing station per Iowa Food Code (if I’ve read correctly). Would someone be able to point me in the right direction on a place to buy a ready-made stand either new or used? Or should I be looking for more of a generic cart that I can install a griddle onto. To clarify, this is for a small stand, not a large enclosed trailer.

I was looking at this cart here as a point of reference:  . Its layout is not very good for a griddle but I was imagining the center area as a griddle to get a rough idea of what I’m looking for.
