I’m currently in my research stage of opening up a hot dog store.
 
I’d prefer to open a store vs a cart but my main concern is overhead.
 
My question is assuming my lease is aprx $3000 per month do you think there would be 
enough “hot dog” business to cover cost and make a profit?
 
I know there are a lot of variables to consider (location, traffic, overhead, etc…..)
but I’m curious if the cost of leasing a space is just way out of line for a hot dog 
business.
