Maybe it’s common in your area but I saw a regular hotdog cart inside the Treasure Coast Mall(Jensen Beach, FL) a few days ago. I think this is the first time I’ve actually seen a cart inside a mall. It was well away from the food court (which is about half empty) but well positioned in the main corridor. I don’t know any particulars but I bet the mall management made a change in policy due to the economy for this to happen. Nice to be in a climate controlled area especially this time of year in Florida but there were few shoppers around.
