Hi! All this talk of Tastykakes and Krispy Kreme has gotten me hungry. In any case, my favorite treat is a Hostess Fruit Pie – for some reason the glaze, crust, and "innards" seem perfect to me compared with the competition.

Anyway, the only ones I can find recently are the Apple, Cherry (my fav), Lemon (good too), and Blueberry pies which see to be ubiquitous. But I have distinct memories of long ago eating a Peach version, and I’ve heard of the Strawberry, Pineapple, and of course the discontinued pudding pies.

I’ve searched exhaustively online and the local hostess bakery only carries the four popular ones (but I still have to ask them about special orders) – has anyone seen these other flavors recently?
