I was wondering if anyone out there either runs, or know someone who runs a food cart at Home Depot or Lowes and, if so, has been successful? I’m located in Jersey, and don’t recall seeing any vendors in the lots of HP or Lowes in the South Jersey area. Also, can anyone provide any insight about the food vending scene in Philadelphia, PA? It’s very difficult to find any information, as if it’s being kept a secret. But from my experience eating from the food carts in Philly, I can’t see how these guys aren’t making a small fortune w/ the high volume of business they’re doing.
