We personally own a half-rack Cadco OV-350 convection oven that we bought used. Wonderful oven that supplements our range oven and a real workhorse. The Cadco has been a gem, especially for baking, but unfortunately discontinued for a newer, but much more expensive model thats over $1k new. Our church budget is limited and I’m looking at purchasing a half rack convection oven for baking. Waring is offering a similar oven with a rotisserie for nearly half the price in a WC500. Most of the reviews that I can find are residential users that might have some unrealistic expectations and really trash this oven. The specs,construction, and weight are nearly the same. Anyone have any experience with this oven? Any recommendations with any other half-rack convection oven? 110V is a plus at the moment until we can afford some electrical upgrades.
