Ok I now have my license has of inspection last week friday. All is good thought I had a place locked down and spoke with the property owner and he wants me to have a policy of liabilty in the amt Of 1 million dollars it is in a busy plaza with no food or beverage around for blocks so I thought good place my idea was to place my unit a 6×12 trailer in front of the main store front a thrift store and the owner explained to me that renter would not like that because of people perhaps coming into the store with food and drinks which I understood he stated if I got the policy I could still park on the property I am just #1 unsure of what policy I need and scared of that price amount and #2 would I get much business being out of the way I basically would be on the edge of the parking lot where people would see me but would have to come to me instead of me being in there direct traffic so any advice especially the insurance part not sure what to ask for I tried looking up what I need by law and could not find anything useful
