I am really sick of paying so much for the Golden-Dipt (name?) product. Going through 3-4 gallons a day of this batter. Does anybody have a reliable recipe for commercial quality funnel cake mix? The batter tastes exactly like vanilla ice cream. I don’t think it is just baking mix with vanilla and sugar in it, it has less salt, it’s glossier, and it doesn’t burn immediately like waffle mix (yes I tried that).
