I sometimes see recipes that call for frozen artichoke hearts. I have never been able to find the frozen ones in any of the grocery stores here. I substitute canned ones and the results are generally good, but I know there is a great difference in other canned vs frozen vegetables.
How are the frozen ones different? Would it be worth while to badger the grocery manager to get them?
