Thanks to John A and others who nudged me into recording Saturday night s baked fish dinner. All the main ingredients were purchased at the Fairgrounds Market in Allentown PA earlier in the day.

First, make some coleslaw.

Then start cooking some boiled potatoes in olive oil.

Dip fish fillets (these are flounder) in milk or buttermilk; then just the tops in dry breadcrumbs. Add seasonings, a squeeze of lemon juice and dots of butter.

Husband likes his plainer so orange juice, Old Bay and olive oil on his. Ready for the oven.

After 15-20 min. of baking, flounder dinner two ways.
