i saw a cooking show on PBS the other day and they made a quick sandwich where instead of using bread you used Eggo waffles. She buttered two slices and added ham and cheese (or whatever you’d like) then she toasted it on a pan like a grilled cheese. I keep meaning to try it but I always forget to buy waffles!
