Well, here I am with a new permanent location, lol. I will be in the busy downtown Denver area near some huge builings and 1 block from the main downtown strip of shopping and dining. What does anyone know about this type of location? I am limited in terms of space for my equipment, (ie. no seperate grill, no giant coolers, and no table for my condiments, and I have to turn my cart the opposite direction I want to, or my attatched flat grill will be in the customers way). I have a small area for a few toppings, but I offer more. It seems to me that it might be better to add the toppings and condiments myself to get to the next person in line faster, otherwise I have to wait until they are done dressing their dog. Anyone have any ideas on this or anything else pertaining? What has anyone done in sales or number of dogs?
