I came across this long list of DC cafeterias from a guide produced in 2002 for students visiting Washington, DC. Having moved here in 2002, I have not had seen many of these cafeterias, much less tried any of them. I imagine some of them are closed, but am posting the list to see if anyone in Roadfood land has had any experiences at any of them – good or bad.
