At the store I picked up a can of Spam, Low Sodium, then saw the Spam Lite, Lower fat, low sodium and less calories. So I wounder what they used for filler.   The label on both cans said ‘mechanical separated CHICKEN’. Chicken being sold for what most of us would think was a reconstituted Pork/ham product.  … Dam, a rip-off.

Looking at the other cans labeled ‘SPAM’, there was one with the small word ‘original’ under the Spam name. It was the original pork-ham product and at the same price as the chicken-spam.
