I m in the process of purchasing a piece of land to build a new home. This is going to be a bachelor pad, basically a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and 3000 square foot romper room for my music hobby. Not your traditional wood & tile plans but something different. I keep thinking there is a way to do something really cool, but that won t cost a fortune. Some cinder block, glass block, steel tubing warehouse look. Something not using traditional kitchen materials.
