Well, all of this effort has finally come to fruition.

I got the hot dog cart on Monday, got all of my legal needs squared away this week, got a 96 from the health department. I was finally legal to starting working on Thursday afternoon.

This morning I booked a pretty nice event, for tomorrow(meaning Saturday). I am exhausted, but prepared. I already have my gopher in place in case this event gets crazy busy, as I keep hearing it will be.
