I know…I am revealing my humble roots with this one. But it was and remains a favorite in our family.
Bob Evans used to have it on their menu. They took it off, but as of my last visit about a year ago, the cook would make it if requested.
Other’n that, folks, you’re on your own.
I like lots of butter and syrup on mine. And I poke holes in it with a fork so that the butter and syrup can soak each piece. Too yummy!
