Since today’s St. Patrick’s Day I got to wondering about how often people eat corned beef. We have it a number of times throughout the year (crockpot or grill) but I’m sure some people only have it today. How about you? And is it always the same way or do you mix it up?
I put a 4-pound flat in the crockpot this morning and we’ll be eating soon. Plenty of meat with some nice big Russet bakers and corn on the side.
