Coleman Stove Just out of curiosity dose anyone use a Coleman Stove in their trailer for cooking and holding hotdogs. I was at a restaurant equipment store yesterday picking up a stainless steel prep table for the trailer and was looking at steam table pans. Coleman makes a two burner stove relatively cheap that would hold two ½ size pans side by side. You could use on side for cooking and the other side for holding. The Coleman stoves can run off small bottle gas or be rigged up to a tank. The stove, pans, inserts and lids would be around $100 to $150 depending on the stove and new or used pans.
The main reason I am asking is that I want to keep my amperage draw down. Also the propane steamer sold by Big John Grills cost over $300 and only has control for the single burner.
