I need a fast, reliable 50-100 cup coffee urn.

I have an opportunity to start doing breakfast and lunch on a remote construction site where 96 windmills are being built.

There’s about 180 workers, the general contractor want’s them fed. No gaurantees, just a captive audience 20 miles from nowhere.

I’ll be leaving my regular clientel, pissing off a bunch of people, but if the $$ is like the general says, “The guy that fed our last crew did very well”…..it will be worth getting up at 4am to feed these guys. He said that he would have called this guy back, but there was some monkey business going on…didn’t elaborate further.

I’m the only one locally that has a rig to do this, so ther’s no other competition for the gig.

Any suggestions?
