I have heard that the labor laws are relaxed a little if your own kids are working for you. I can’t find this written down anywhere. Is thos the case or is it just harder to enforce because your kids won’t turn on you. Not that I would try to overwork my kids or have them do something I knew would be dangerous for them but just curious. With as many kids as I have I would ike to utilize them and give them a chance to earn some summer money.
