I know there are some people here that worked at Chi-Chi’s and was just wondering….

I’ve looked for the recipe for the suprema sauce, that was used on the chicken suprema enchiladas, for years now.  I think it had sour cream in it, but not sure what else.  Can someone help me with this?  I would greatly appreciate it.  Thanks.
