I use Jennie-O turkey franks to make a Buffalo Style Hot Dog. Just some Franks hot sauce, butter, and the cook the franks in it. I poke some holes in the franks with a fork first. I serve w/ a choice of blue cheese or homemaid buttermilk ranch dressing, on a toasted bun. The grandzillas gobble em up! Anyone else make a "Buffalo Style Dog"?

I stumbled onto the Jennie-O Turkey Store web site and had no idea that they made such a viriaty of products. I just thought this might be of interest to some of us Roadfooders who need to eat a bit more healthy. There are tons of good sounding recipes there. I think I will try their "Mexican Burgers" next. I have also made chili using their ground turkey, not bad.
