Will be traveling through Northeast NC in the early morning hours and am looking for a good place to stop for breakfast. I’d like to stop in or around Elizabeth City but would also consider stopping in Hertford or Edenton, Nc as well. I’ve done some searching online but haven’t really come across many suggestions. I did find one place that may be a good consideration. It’s called Nixon Family Restaurant in Edenton, Nc. Has anyone ever heard of or eaten here? It’s the only place that sounds pretty decent that serves breakfast. Any other suggestions/reccommendations are greatly appreciated – Thank you
