..Ever get on a kick to duplicate a great taste you had in the past?? I do it all the time . When you hitthe taste- it s an instant FLASH to the past…
My cuz and I are searching for the old time brats we enjoyed in Louisville as kids….Present ‘data’ indicates they were almost white in color and mostly veal..too, they had a natural casing which ‘popped’ when you bit into….
To reduce the price, too many of today s processors are using mostly pork…It s JUST not the same…Boar s Head uses a good casing and is mostly veal- BUT, it just falls short(except the price is $$$$ long)…
Can any one help???
