I have a question. I sell Bests 8 to 1 on my hot dog cart right now. I want to start selling the 1/4 lb. hot dogs as well. Upon trying the 1/4 lb. dogs, I thought they tasted just a little bit different than my 8 to 1’s. Is there a recipe difference between the 8-1 vs. the 4-1 1/4 pounders? Or is it just me. Curious.
