My sister went to our nearby mountains over the weekend and brought back bags of the early NC Apples. We like a variety called Ginger Gold that we discovered in August of last year. Are any of you getting early apples and what kinds are your favorites. My later favorite are the Staymen Winesaps, but I have to wait a month or so for those.
