I love Marie Rose Sauce on fish or shrimp, in salads, with french fries, or on sandwiches. Dad said he’d learned it from Gaido’s in Galveston. I was raised eating it especially on fried shrimp, which Dad fried with a light batter, almost like Japanese tempura. One of my brother-in-laws is so hooked on it he makes a jar of it to take with them when they go out to eat seafood. Oh, another favorite of mine is to add a dollop of this to the center of a halved avocado.
