Yesterday while shopping I noticed information that
we should eat 5 vegetables or fruits a day.
So I did———
1) I had an Apple turnover for breakfast then for dinner had
2) Carrots sauted in butter and brandy
3) Asparagrus with hollandaise sauce
4) Baked Potato with butter and sour cream then
5) Strawberry shortcake for dessert
Not only was I not health from those 5 foods,
I had an upset stomach and this morning I
found out I gained 2 pounds. So much for that healthy diet.
Another hoax uncovered.
