I have used my Royal 40lbs deep fryer for about 2 weeks. The oil (soybean) is already getting very “surpy” and all I cook in it are fresh cut fries.
Above the oil line there is some pretty good build-up of sticky oil along the back and some dripping from the basket hanger – could someone give some advice about how to clean this up?
