First tastes – one A&H boiled, one simmered and pan grilled —

I’m a little disappointed. Maybe I had my expectations too high. Milder than I expected. It’s been a while since I’ve had a Sabrett natural casing or a Hebrew National but I think I like them better.

I may change my mind after a few more.
