Yup. He was born and raised in Alvin, a suburb of Houston on the SE side, now lives in Central Texas.

Products are carried by Kroger here and served at a few places. Looks like he’s got more restaurants and bars in Central and North Texas than here.

I’ve had both varieties of wieners. Not bad, but skinless.

Re: Brooklyn – like I said, 1st time trying and I have been reading Hot Dog Nation for a couple of months now and have only seen one mention so far so I don’t know what the reputation is. I haven’t tried searching for mentions there or here. But I prefer natural casing dogs and will always try them if I can find them in the stores; they aren’t common here, at hot dog joints or in stores. I have a limited selection.
