I have not noticed any improvements. I cannot visualize what you now report seeing in your second paragraph beginning with “RF can be very slow sometimes and sometimes I get…..”. I have tested this with Microsoft Edge as well. Someone COULD have been working on the system to provide the improvements you report, then reverted back to what we have been seeing for the last several months.
About “The display of recent topics includes not only topic title, forum, and who started it, but # of voices, # of posts, last post (time and date and author).”, I changed my cover photo to a cropped, snipped screenshot of what I see on my screen. I used the Snipping Tool in Edge to generate this. When I went to upload my snipped screenshot, it would not let me upload the entire image. I had to use their selection tool to correctly crop what they would permit me to post.
In the pinned post, please note that I manually typed in 3/12/2020 as part of the title. Also note that the signature block in my posts is generated manually each time. Here is the block from a recent post:

About your first paragraph, a few thoughts come to mind. With the quarantines, many more people are on the Internet during business hours. You could be experiencing network congestion. You could always try a hard refresh. Just Google <browser hard refresh>.
With so many people teleworking, professional software talent is being diverted to other jobs. The only folks I would see working on this software right now is Fexy employees. I doubt they are capable of fixing this software themselves.
