So how is everybody doing? Restaurants can start to open back up in Texas tomorrow, limiting capacity to 1/4th, but many restauranteurs here are staying on the sidelines – I guess they don’t want any liability suits if someone gets sick???

I’ve mostly been fixing whatever at home, grocery shopping for necessities and trying grocery pick up twice, but I have picked up restaurant food twice.

Carne Asada Plate

El Escribano – grilled skirt steak with shrimp, scallops and garlic in a Monterey Jack sauce, with rice, pico, guacamole, charro beans on the side with 2 salsas, stale but hot and greasy chips and 4 thick, hecho a mano corn tortillas, from Teo near me. Three meals outta that!
