Regrettably, I agree that postponing the Cleveland Crawl is the right thing to do. As mentioned earlier by schlotz, all hotel reservations made through priceline.com can be cancelled without penalty at this time. Not sure how long they’ll maintain that policy, so if you’ve booked through them, and haven’t already cancelled, don’t wait to do it.
