
Fruited Peach Tea
Tom says that sweet tea is such a staple on the table, especially in the summer, that a variation is often welcome. "Long hot days drinking lots of sweet tea motivated this simple twist for something different and equally refreshing."
Ingredients
- 3 tea bags
- 6 cups boiling water
- 4 cups peach nectar
- 1 bunch mint leaves
- 2 lemons sliced
Method
- Brew the tea bags in the boiling water to make a strong tea.
- Refrigerate until chilled.
- Mix the tea with the peach nectar in a large pitcher and add the mint leaves and lemon slices. Let the tea stand for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
