- 1 Orange
- 2 cups cranberries
- 1 ½ cups sugar
- 1 (3-ounce) package lemon gelatin
- Peel the orange, remove the seeds. Process the orange and the cranberries in a food processor until finely chopped. Add the sugar and mix well. Let stand for 1 hour.
- Dissolve the gelatin in 2 cups warm water in a small bowl. Stir into the cranberry mixture. Pour into a nonstick mold. Chill, Covered, until set. Unmold onto a serving plate.
