Restaurants in Edgefield, SC

Edgefield is known as the home of 10 South Carolina governors and of the Wild Turkey Federation, both facts made apparent by signs and statues around the town square celebrating those facts. The square is a delightful place to browse, its enterprises including a distillery, a billiard parlor with dandy burgers, and a modern American cafe in a well-preserved building that was a 19th century general store. Just off the square is Nonna’s, a surprisingly savvy Italian restaurant; and around the corner is the Old Edgefield Grille, where traditional Dixie fare meets new American savoir faire, and the shrimp & grits is not to be missed.
