Once you’re actually in Hana town, Bruddah Hutt’s BBQ Grill serves what many believe is the best BBQ on Maui: kalua pig, hashed up with cabbage; sliced pork, and mahi mahi tacos dressed with basil cream and pineapple-caper salsa.
