Wontons

Wontons are Chinese dumplings most often filled with ground pork, chopped scallions, and spices. They appear floating in soup, but also can be deep fried and served with duck sauce and sharp mustard. At a Mexican seafood restaurant called Spencer MacKenzie’s in Ventura, California, wontons come filled with shrimp and cream cheese and are drizzled with sweet chili sauce.
